Palm Beach Perfumes are proud to offer free standard shipping to all 50 States as well as Puerto Rico and Guam via Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-8 business days). U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days, but the timing is not guaranteed.

All orders ship with tracking number.

International Orders

We ship worldwide at very competitive rate:

First Class Mail: For only $9.95 for each item we will ship via first class mail - Please note first class mail can take as long as 10 - 12 weeks to arrive depending on location and your local Customs and Post office.

Priority Mail: For $29.95 for the first item and $9.95 for each additional item, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail - Priority mail can take between 10 days and 3 weeks to arrive depending on location and your local Customs and Post office.

Express Mail: For $49.99 for the first item and $9.95 for each additional item, we will ship via USPS Express Mail - Express mail can take between 3 days and 10 days to arrive, but usually arrives with in 3-4 days.

Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Please also note that we have no control over for delays caused by Customs & Excise in your country

Returns

In order to return merchandise, you must email our customer service departmentfor details.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less any shipping and gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded and shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

• Order Number or RMA number
• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to PalmBeachPerfumes using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by Palm Beach Perfumes and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
